Cole's Traditional Foods, who specialise in creating delicious hot puddings, started life in a craft bakery in the market town of Saffron Walden in 1979 . From there they relocated to their custom built premises in the village of Great Chesterford in 1989 and the business continues to flourish today by supplying many of the finest food emporiums and outlets throughout the world.

Their business ethos is to produce products of the highest standards from recipes and methods used in bygone years and, with a little help from modern thinking and technology, they continue to bring both traditional and innovative products to today's discerning customers.
